Toronto Photographer | More travel… More headache for photographers

Early morning travel thought - Travel is often looked at as a glamorous perk to a job when needing to go here or there, or always flying. In truth, travel and flying is exhausting. Imagine needing to carry 2 cases each strategically portioned to weigh 45lbs each, and then all the batteries in your carry-on… then the nature of getting to and from the airports and logistics involved with long cases not fitting in most taxis or ubers. Flying at odd hours to make the day to get prep and be ready while others are still tucked in their beds. I love seeing new places and exploring the odd parts of the towns most people don’t bother with, but at the same time it is very easy to miss family.

I really don’t mind it, but it just certainly isn’t a perk of any sort or glamorous in anyway.
