RENimagines Crafting "the shot"

Planning for post can be a monitory and time savings for the photographer and the client. This photo was made in about 2 hours (including post production) in an office cubical and composed of 6 images each intended for a specific part of the image.

I'd say the majority of food and product photography is comprised of composite images. The purists who want to get it in camera (which is awesome) have deeper pockets than mine to invest in the extra gear and time involved to get "the shot" in camera.
